Pirate's ArrBCs is a private L.L.C. aimed at providing quality gaming, mobile apps and supplementary educational interactive apps. We value your trust in our amazing brand and are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for children.

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how we use and protect information that we collect from you and your child, who may be under the age of 13 or 18, through our application.

What information does the Pirate's BoOm BOoM! App collect?

Contact Information: We collect all contact data input into the app; this also includes Apple ID credentials. User Data: We collect and save, but not limited to, in-app profile data, such as profile names, play progression, playtime, and purchase history. We may also collect device type, operating system, versioning information as well as device location to better market and troubleshoot our apps. Log Data: We want to inform you that whenever you use our app, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (possibly through third party support products) on your phone called "Log Data". This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This information is purely meant to help troubleshoot errors and problem, to better the service we provide.

Progress Information: Your in-game username and progress save state is stored locally on your device, as well as uploaded to our private server in order to be featured on the competitive Leaderboard. If you wish to delete your profile from our server you may request for your account to be deleted here.

What we do NOT collect:

Personal Child Information: Information that directly identifies a child such as name (aside from the saved user profile name), age, e-mail address, phone number. Location: Pirate's ArrBCs does not actively use location services, however we may capture your device location to better market our product and/or trouble shoot problems.

How do we protect information we collect?

We are committed to protecting your and your information. We have adopted reasonable technical, administrative, and physical procedures to help protect this information from loss, misuse, and alteration, including encryption as appropriate. Please note that no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We want you to feel confident using the Services, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit or your child transmits to us.

We do not share your information with any third parties. The above listed information is for internal purposes only or future marketing of our brand only. In the event log data is required from a 3rd party vendor we shield private personal information such as name, email address and location, and only provide device information.

The Services are designed for and targeted to United States audiences, and are governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the United States. We make no representation that the Services are operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of any other nations. By using the Services and providing us with information directly or indirectly, you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or to any other country in which our service providers maintain facilities for processing by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Can Pirate's ArrBCs make changes to this Privacy Policy? Will I be notified?

We may revise this Privacy Policy, for example, to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or the features of the Services. We'll notify you before we make any material changes and give you the opportunity to review the revised policy before you choose to continue using our Services.
